Each Day With You

I never cared who you are before. I never knew we'll come this far. I was running errands and you had a carefree life as well. I have been to bliss. I have been to weary. I have been through high and low. I was having a competitive life then. And yes, I had enough. I was happy and proud. But amidst all those good things in this life, I never thought I'd be needing you.
There came a time that God led me back to the place I don't want to go,  The only place i don't want to stay. But it seemed like He was having His own story for me. Then suddenly, I met YOU. You made me realize there's something I need to do, something I need to learn, or something I need to discover why He made me come back. You gave me back my confidence as each day I was facing the things I am afraid to encounter. You made me believe that there is more to life than the things I learned in the other world. You made me realize how far I am from God and you helped reconnect this life back to Him.

And as we travel along life's road, we have been to places, been to many situations, and we made different mistakes. But I saw that we didn't give up. And as I live each day, I would be excited to discover that I am happier now than I am before. If I could live a thousand lives, I would choose to live the way I am now. Knowing those events, those people, and those places led me to you. And I want you to know that a life lived with you is the best one ever lived.
